**We're seeking an exceptional In-Home Services Manager to lead our Victorian team in delivering innovative, high-quality disability support. In this strategic leadership role, you’ll work closely with our National Executive Team to shape the future of in-home care — championing client experience, driving operational excellence, and leading a team committed to making a lasting impact in people’s lives.**

**What You Bring**
- A qualification (or equivalent experience) in Nursing, Allied Health, Community or Disability Services.
- Proven leadership in a NDIS-focused environment, with a deep understanding of client-centred care.
- An energetic, driven approach with a passion for growth and excellence.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- A calm, solutions-focused mindset with excellent organisational abilities.
