ONCALL Group Australia is a quality certified, and highly regarded registered provider in the Disability and Child, Youth & Family sectors; and we provide Residential Out of Home Care and In-Home Support services to young people and their families. We are looking for staff who want to be part of ONCALL’s growth and who are as committed as we are to providing excellence in service delivery to support and enhance the wellbeing of our clients.

**What makes this role matter**:
In one of the most important roles ONCALL has to offer, you will be ensuring that Residential roster lines are filled with appropriately qualified and experienced staff; and that calls to Accommodation Services are promptly attended to.

**From you we need**:

- A team player with positive energy, common sense, and great communication skill
- Task and time management skills, and Microsoft Office knowledge
- Open mindedness and the ability to work with diverse clients and colleagues
- Rostering and/or experience in the Disability sector will be well regarded
- That inate drive to learn and master our processes in order to deliver the service our clients need.
