Moss & Co have partnered with one of Australia’s leading specialist law firms with over 650 staff. This firm have offices nationally, including in Adelaide, Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra and Perth. They have an outstanding reputation in the market and a truly collaborative working culture.

We are assisting them in the search for a Receptionist/Relief Secretary. You will work predominately in Reception and provide Secretarial support on a National scale.

Responsibilities may include;
- Diary management for meeting rooms;
- Setting up internal Events;
- Organising Catering;
- Scanning mail and filing;
- Dealing with couriers;
- General office cleaning and tidying;
- Maintaining office supplies;
- Binding & collating Legal documents;
- Assisting with scanning, photocopying documents
- Ad hoc Administrative duties to support wider Secretarial team

We’re looking for an experienced Receptionist, who has worked in a corporate environment previously. Experience within a law firm will be looked upon favourably.
