Create your best future and join Westpac as a **Learning Solutions Designer**. **What’s the role?** As a Learning Solutions Designer, you’ll create digital and blended learning experiences that are engaging, practical, and aligned to business outcomes. You’ll work on a variety of projects from simplifying compliance training to building AI capability using modern instructional design methods and AI tools like ChatGPT and Synthesia. This is a full-time role, with standard 38-hour working weeks.
