What's the role?

As a Learning Solutions Designer, you'll create digital and blended learning experiences that are engaging, practical, and aligned to business outcomes. You'll work on a variety of projects from simplifying compliance training to building AI capability using modern instructional design methods and AI tools like ChatGPT and Synthesia. This is a full-time role, with standard 38-hour working weeks. You'll collaborate with a supportive team that values creativity, curiosity, and continuous learning.

What do I need?

  • Experience designing engaging digital or blended learning experiences.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and modern learning design practices.
  • Ability to integrate or design learning using AI tools and technologies.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Curiosity and adaptability with new technologies, especially AI in learning.
