This is a fantastic opportunity where you will ensure access control aligns with business needs and security requirements, while fostering a culture of least privilege through ongoing training and compliance initiative

**A few of your responsibilities**:

- Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive Identity Lifecycle Management (ILM) program, aligning with the organisation's Zero Trust security strategy.
- Define and implement a robust User Access Review (UAR) process to ensure user access permissions are granted based on the principle of least privilege and reviewed regularly.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation (IT, Security, Business Units) to understand access needs and define access control policies.
- Partner with the Head of Security Consulting to ensure ILM aligns with the overall security strategy and contributes to a robust Zero Trust environment.

**What we are looking for**:

- Demonstrated ability and proven 7+ years cyber management consulting and experience with preparing presentations and reports for executive and senior management
- Expertise in Identity Management and governance, focusing on identifying and correcting discrepancies in user access permissions in line with the least privilege principle, managing high-risk functions, and ensuring Segregation of Duties (SoD).
- Proven ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across business and technology staff
- Demonstrated experience in delivering communications and training activities
- Demonstrated ability to understand and manage process documentation
- Accredited tertiary qualifications in an Information Technology, Cyber Security, Governance, Business or a related discipline
