As the Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing campaigns across various stages of the customer journey, from acquisition through to retention.

You will work closely with the other marketing channel owners and report into the Head of Growth. The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will help to define and implement the growing customer engagement and build on the current infrastructure that includes CDP triggered events, granular attributes for segmentation and the opportunity to leverage personalisation, SMS and push notifications.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute the CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy
- Test and learn audience segmentation and targeting
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our customer base, their needs, and preferences
- Build and maintain an audience segmentation framework to service commercial and marketing campaign requirements
- Use data and analytics to continually optimize campaigns and improve customer engagement and retention
- Define KPI's and work with data and product to develop processes for campaign reporting
- Continually stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and improve our marketing strategies

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years experience of CRM and Lifecycle Marketing
- Strong analytical skills and experience for creating data-driven decisions through A/B testing, campaign reports, dashboard and analytics
- Advance knowledge in Google Analytics, HTML, Liquid templates and CRMs
- Passionate about tech, activities and adventure
- Strong work ethic and a passion for working in a start-up environment
- Strong written, oral and presentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
