**About the role at Flare**
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, in this newly established role as Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, you’ll own and expand out Flare’s lifecycle programs to drive adoption of our suite of workplace financial products. You’ll be driving impactful campaigns across both B2C and B2B audiences within the Australian market.
We’re scaling our marketing function and are seeking out high performing team members to join us to help realise Flare’s vision.
How You’ll Make An Impact
- Continual optimisation of journeys, developing best practices, and sharing insights and key milestones across all activity
- Identify opportunities within the data to help optimise yield and ROI
- Conduct experiments to help drive the optimal path to purchase and refine our lifecycle programs.
- Build segmentation and personalisation with our communications, identifying key moments in time for interactions
- Monitor campaign deliverability reporting
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Data, Sales and Product teams to support the execution of our key initiatives within your programs of work
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years in a similar role within Lifecycle Marketing or Marketing Automation
- Ability to effectively prioritise multiple projects at once and focus on key actions that drive tangible results
- Extensive knowledge of marketing automation tools, preferred experience across Hubspot and Customer.io
- Can articulate and build requirements for our Data Director to further enhance reporting of our lifecycle programs
- Someone that brings both technical lifecycle marketing skills and creativity into the role
- Good knowledge of HTML and CSS
**Seniority**
**Mid Level** - A role for someone with some well-developed knowledge and skills they can bring to the role and team. Typically within 2-5 years of experience.

- Multi-Channel Marketing Campaigns - Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to achieve specific goals, including awareness, engagement, and leads
