**The Opportunity**:
This is another exciting opportunity to join Elders as they bring together technical experts for a transformation program which will significantly enhance the way they work and provide far more efficient outcomes to their customers and employees.
As the PMO Manager, you will manage the Program Management Office of the System Modernisation Program and drive Project Managers to deliver value to business operations. You will ensure the successful implementation of PMO strategies, services and deliverables.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Ensure mechanisms are in place to measure project performance, KPI's and service levels with full visibility in all areas.
- Review and define the program management processes that will be followed.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the Master Program Plan and the Master Schedule.
- Regularly communicate with key stakeholders and team members and prepare reports for the Board, Exec and Steering Committees
**What we are looking for**:
A customer focussed PMO Manager with experience managing multiple Project Managers within a large complex digital transformation program.
You will be a skilled communicator and consultative team member with a proven track record of planning, executing, controlling and closing projects. You will have strong skills in creating and maintaining project plans and the ability to assist with resourcing requirements when required. Experience using Agile and/or Prince2 methodology for medium to large sized projects is required.
