This role will support projects in administrative areas such as maintaining documentation, supporting reporting, tracking progress, and coordinating communication between different stakeholders. With key responsibilities in the setting up and ongoing use of tools and systems, updating dashboards and reports, and ensuring that best practices are followed throughout the project.
- Tertiary qualifications (or equivalent extensive experience) in information technology, computer science, business or related discipline.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within a technology department or similar environment.
- Understanding of PMO, project / portfolio management concepts.
- Exposure to Project Management tools such as Asana or similar tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint) is essential.Advanced stakeholder management, communication, resilience and influencing ability.
