Eight Mile Plains office location with a national broker team of 90+
- Lucrative salary package, uncapped commission - earn over $100K in your first
- Full-Time Monday to Friday, multiple positions commencing December

No one does Asset Finance sales quite like Stratton Finance and we are looking for self-driven and motivated Sales Consultants who will always put our customers first. In return we will recognise your contributions with a competitive uncapped commission structure on top of your salary. Read on to see what your career journey could look like
- Your **first 6 months **will be in a dedicated Training Team, servicing our new customers on the phone whilst learning all about the Stratton way and our panel of over 30 of Australia’s best lenders
- In your **6-12 months **you’ll move to a team of experienced brokers and grow your customer base, whilst building skills in our In-house Sales Development programs
- After **12 months** you’re really becoming an experienced broker, managing repeat and referral customers as a product and sales expert.
- We will continue to grow your career with structured career pathways - become a Senior Finance Consultant, Team Leader or more
