This opportunity will see you joining the Information and Technology Management division within the public sector

**Your new role**
- As a Security Assurance Analyst you will be tasked with a hands-on approach at auditing and governance of the department’s information security.
- Development and implementation of second line security assurance audits
- Managing communication between stakeholders to ensure stakeholders and project teams are in alignment on scope.
- Conducting vulnerability assessments as well as remediation to manage security risks identified through monitoring and auditing.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Well versed experience in development of assurance and compliance reports of audit programmes
- Strong understanding of security standards and frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Sound knowledge of network defensive controls and risk and vulnerability assessments

**What you'll get in return**
