**Your new company**
Your new role will be within a government agency, they require a Security Assurance Analyst to support the Governance, risk and assurance whilst maintaining the security compliance of existing technology systems
**Your new role**
The role is predominately focused on security risks, governance and assurance. The purpose of the role is to support in creation and enhancement of cybersecurity policies, standards, guidelines, and processes along with the management of cybersecurity frameworks. Identify gaps in processes and work towards the improvement of overall security posture of the organisation.
**What you'll need to succeed**
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience Developing, implementing and maintaining Cybersecurity assurance programs for Engineering and Maintenance portfolios
- In-depth understanding of governance, risk and compliance requirements across industry standards.
- Familiarity with supporting a diverse range of projects and technical changes offering advice and assurance whilst tracking security weaknesses and audit issues
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Create and update Risk and Cybersecurity frameworks
