Are you a recent graduate or school leaver, looking to use your technical knowledge in the recruitment industry? Here at RHL Recruitment, we work with a diverse range of great clients, from top design consultancies to established in-house brands, primarily within the design and manufacture, medical device and consumer product sectors. Due to huge demand from our clients, we are growing and looking to bring Trainee Recruitment Consultants onto the team, based in Sydney.

**The Role**

You will be helping innovative start-ups find the people they need to grow. You will also support some of the biggest names in engineering and design to find the talent they need to continue to dominate the market. Work with exciting clients who are revolutionising medical devices, leading the charge on green energy - helping them meet their business objectives. You'll discover the very best talent in the market for our clients.

You'll be trained in the full 360 recruitment process, from sourcing to placement, working towards taking responsibility for a range of specialist roles across a portfolio of clients. You'll need to fully understand our client's business and how people will flourish in their new roles with them. The market for talent is fierce - you'll quickly learn what types of skills, experience and cultural fit is required for someone to succeed in a new role with a client.
