**ROLE DETAILS**
**Location**:Glen Iris, VIC

**Pay rate**:$34-37 per hour + Super + paid leave

**Schedule**:Mondays/Tuesdays/Thursdays, 7:30am-5:30pm
- Please note, there is some flexibility with days and hours, to make the role work for the right person.

**Children**:7 year old, 9 year old, and 10 year old

**Start date**:ASAP (as soon as they find the right person).

**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- Permanent Australian Residency
- Valid Working With Children Check
- Valid First Aid and CPR
- Drivers Licence + own car (mileage reimbursed)
- 2+ years of experience working with children of similar ages
- At least 2 outstanding references for us to call.

**ROLE DESCRIPTION**
This family has enjoyed a range of support over the years - they've had many wonderful relationships with nannies and au pairs. They're currently seeking someone new for this 'school kid' phase of life, especially as the youngest will require an earlier pick-up than the older children some days. They need a Nanager who will enjoy interacting with the children and who will be a positive presence in their lives. Someone who is also happy to be flexible and perform light tasks to support the family/household.

During child-free hours, the parents will value help with meal planning/preparation, laundry, and walking the dog. They are seeking someone who will help them maintain organisation in their lives.

The right person for this role will be warm, engaging, fair, and compassionate. They will be able to effectively juggle the children's differing needs and encourage routines to help them thrive.

**ABOUT THE FAMILY**
This family loves the outdoors, sport, and creativity. They are thoughtful and friendly - looking forward to welcoming someone new into their lives.

The 7 year old boy is affectionate, energetic, and loves to cook. The 9 year old girl is passionate, determined, and eager to bond with caregivers. The 10 year old boy is respectful and at that age of needing the right balance of engagement and independence (and physical and tech pursuits).

They have a loving and adorable Labradoodle who is also part of the family.
