**ROLE DETAILS**

**Location**: Glen Iris, VIC

**Salary***:$38 per hour + Super + paid leave

**School Term Schedule**:Mondays - Thursdays 1:30pm-6:30pm and Fridays 7:30am-6pm

**School Holiday Schedule**:Mondays - Fridays, 8am-6pm (some flexibility)

**Children**:3 year old and 7 year old

**Start**:March 27th (can be flexible).

**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- Permanent Australian Residency
- Valid Working With Children Check
- Valid First Aid and CPR
- Own car to use on the job (mileage reimbursed)
- Experience in similar roles
- 2 outstanding references for us to call.

**ROLE DESCRIPTION**
These parents prioritise quality time with their children alongside busy careers. But they can't do it all alone They are seeking a nurturing and fun-loving nanny/home manager to support their family. They have had 2 long-term nannies and hope their next will be with them long-term as well.

The family has solid routines in place, which work well for everyone, and time with the girls typically involves a mix of active play, homework, conversation, and meals. The nanny is encouraged to take the girls out and about, enjoying activities and adventures, when time permits. The right person for this role will be energetic and trustworthy

Child-free hours each afternoon allow time for some household errands/shopping, children's laundry/bedding, and simple meal prep. Most days the parents are home to eat dinner with the girls. The Nanager will likely have time after the parents come home to do a quick kitchen tidy up and prep lunchboxes for the following day.

**ABOUT THE FAMILY**
The girls are very active, social, and confident. The family values encouraging kindness, empathy, and responsibility and they are keen to find another great role-model and facilitator of that in their new nanny. The girls love to sing, dance, and play, so someone who is able to help them happily engage and focus on maybe less fun tasks (such as tidying up and homework) will be valued.

Both parents work during the day but typically make it home by early evening. They almost do dinner/bathtime/bedtime routines with the girls. They are very organised and tidy people, and reliable with their schedule.
