We are currently assisting one of our clients in the search for a full-time **Admin**.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet and consult with walk-in clients to provide course and service information.
- Monitor student learning progress, follow up on academic outcomes, and provide timely support to students and parents.
- Communicate effectively to understand and address feedback, concerns, and expectations.
- Assist teachers in implementing individual learning plans and ensure teaching quality aligns with student goals.
- Maintain high levels of service quality to encourage student retention and positive referrals.
- Support the planning and execution of promotional activities and campus events.
- Participate in various administrative and operational tasks to support overall campus development.
**Skills and Competencies**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Passion for the education industry, with a warm, professional, and service-oriented attitude.
- Attention to detail, well-organised, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Creative thinker with experience using social media for engagement or marketing is a plus.
- Calm and professional in handling unexpected situations; strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
