**OUR NEXT AMAZING STATE MANAGER**
Reporting to the General Manager of Retail, you will provide inspirational leadership, training & development and drive sales whilst delivering **AMAZING** at every touch point.
- **
You** will have previous experience in a State Manager role managing a portfolio of** 10 **stores.
- ** You** are passionate about leading a high-performing team whilst nurturing a high energy and positive culture
- ** You** have excellent communication skills and demonstrated problem solving-solving ability along with a proactive and analytical decision-making approach
- ** You **are a strong operational leader with excellent commercial acumen and the ability to streamline retail processes and procedures
- ** You **want a fast-paced, challenging and rewarding career where no two days are the same
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Leading, training and developing your regional team
- Perform impactful store visits with a focus on inspiring and motivating the team to elevate and achieve sales targets and KPI’S
- Employee relations, performance management and ensuring compliance of company policies and procedures
- Succession planning and strategic recruitment with a focus on creating an environment which fosters team retention
- Expense control across inventory management and shrinkage
