**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the order dispatch process, including prioritising orders, coordinating with courier services, and ensuring timely delivery.
- Oversee order processing, including picking, packing, and shipping of orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at all times.
- Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures across all aspects of operations, including garment inspection, packaging, and order accuracy.
- Assist in creating orders or conducting dry cleaning of garments when needed, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timely turnaround.
- Handle live chat customer service inquiries, providing prompt and helpful assistance to customers regarding their orders, sizing, and other inquiries.
- Collaborate closely with other team members to streamline operations, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a fulfilment or operations management role, preferably in a fast-paced e-commerce or retail environment.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to upholding quality standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and interact professionally with customers.
- Experience with dry cleaning operations and garment care is advantageous.
- Proficiency in using live chat customer service platforms and other relevant software tools.
