At our bustling Dee Why practice, your role is pivotal. From welcoming patients with a smile, supporting the dentists with high professionalism, managing the clinical operations, to being a key person in our team - every day is an opportunity to leave a lasting impression. We value camaraderie and teamwork, ensuring that every member feels at home while going about their tasks.
- Assist our Dentists and friendly team
- Preparation of the surgery
- Cleaning and sterilisation
- Supporting the clinicians in surgery
- Preparation of lab work
- Provide support on reception as required

We are seeking a Dental Assistant who is willing to take ownership of this role and is focused on providing exceptional care.

**About you:

- **
- A Dental Assistant trained in surgery, ideally with reception experience
- High regard for following infection control procedures
- Proficient with Core Practice preferred but not essential
- Possess high empathy and have a patient centric approach
- Be able to handle pressure and multi-task
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive working style - most importantly a _**sense of fun **_and team spirit
