We are seeking a highly organized and friendly individual to join our dental practice as a Casual / Part Time Dental Assistant. You will play a vital role in ensuring the patient experience is positive and efficient. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to complete all tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

3 days a week (days to be discussed)

8.30am - 5.30pm

What's required of you

  • People focused – interaction with team members and patients.
  • Time management.
  • Provide chair-side assistance to the Dentist.
  • Sterilization of dental equipment.
  • Greet patients and prepare them for scheduled dental procedures.
  • Prepare the treatment room as directed by the dental operator and ensure correct instruments and materials are available for use.
  • Clean and sterilize the instruments prior to and after treatment.
  • Clean the surgery and treatment room in accordance with the practice's policies and procedures.
  • Provide the practice with administrative assistance, including the maintenance and re-stock of dental and office supplies.
  • Stock and inventory control.
