Business Analyst to work closely with the development team on change requests of implementations of a Fintech SaaS product. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate your ability to interpret and prepare customer requirements documentation, as well as translate them into high level solution designs. You will need excellent interpersonal and communication skills. This role is not technical, but ideally you will have the skills to work alongside people who are technical and show interest to learn technical processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Document requirements (both functional and high level solution design)
- Work closely with Product Management and Customers to define requirement changes and drive them through
- Manage all aspects of escalated change requests logged in JIRA
- Prepare scope and time estimates
- Manage the Agile process (pipeline management / sprint planning/ Grooming)

Essential skills/experience:

- 1-2+ years Business analysis
- Financial Services, Capital Markets experience.
- Experience in Agile methodology
- High level communication skills
- High level stakeholder engagement
