**The Role**:
Reporting to the National Fitness & Member Experience Manager (NFMXM), the National Product Manager is a member experience product and club focused role that is responsible for the integration, training, education, and development of member related products for the Collective Wellness Group for the enhancement of the member experience.

The National Product Manager (NPM) delivers results by engaging club and operational teams to improve the member experience, engagement and uptake of member experience products. The role is responsible for supporting the Franchisees with the onboarding, training, and coaching of the member products to deliver a consistent, world class member experience.

**Day to day will include**:
Training & Education
- Co-ordinate, implement and deliver member product education and engagement across the network to assist with member onboarding, retention and attrition with the on-going support of the member products
- Provide regional support to assist in growing the total volume of member product usage
- Assist the National Fitness Manager in delivering training workshops on member products to club staff and operational staff to improve technical skills, engagement and member experience initiatives
- Continually review the quality and delivery of the Collective Wellness Group’s member products by regular in club experiences and technical reviews
- Assist Club Staff / Franchisees in driving key member performance based metrics
- Coordinate, support and manage the member product education calendar to develop and grow member engagement in member products
- Build content, execute partnerships and drive engagement and uptake of our online training platform, Ignite
- Analyse and collaborate with the NFMXM on member experience gaps according to needs identified within the business
- Implement and/or manage Fitness and Member Experience related initiatives that look to increase the LTV (Life-time-value) of our members, through an increased secondary spend or increased length of stay

Member Experience
- Assist the NFMXM in developing member experience strategies and processes throughout the entire member journey to maximize attendance/engagement/value and achieve business retention objectives
- Provide support to Franchisees and Club Staff to ensure all member experience initiatives and projects are executed.
- Work with Regional Performance Coaches & Managers to drive member initiatives across their regions
- Drive an increase in LTV for CWG Brand’s Members, through product implementation, secondary revenue initiatives and improving member length of stay
- Assist with and/or manage relations with external businesses as required to deliver on contractual obligations or business directives in relation to Fitness or Member experience related objectives

Other
- Provide support to Franchisees as required to train, coach and develop their teams.
- The National Product Manager may be required to perform such other duties as directed by the NFMXM from time to time

**Experience and about you**:

- 5+ years of fitness industry management experience, personal training, coaching and group fitness
- 2 + years of multi-site/studio management experience
- Cert IV/Diploma in Fitness (Personal Training/Group Exercise) or Bachelors’ degree (Exercise Science etc)
- Other relevant fitness qualifications such as specialist programs (TRX, Yoga, S&C) advantageous but not essential
- A passion for health and fitness
- People/consumer focused approach
- Training, development and motivating others (team/stakeholders)
- Demonstrate competency in the delivery of training programs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Build and develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Work independently and prioritise your time efficiently and effectively
- Communicate effectively and have confidence in presenting to stakeholders/public
- Manage conflict and negotiate win/win outcomes
- Global and local industry trends and best practices in Fitness (PT & GX)
- Expert knowledge of sales principles and best practices
- Current First Aid and CPR qualifications essential
