**About the Team**
The Digital Experience Division leads and manages the Library’s digital environment and Information and Communications Technologies (ICTS) to deliver clients and staff the best and most consistent digital experience. By partnering with businesses for innovation and providing high-quality digital products and services, the Division drives the State Library’s commitment to digital excellence. The Division’s key branches are Information Systems & Records Management, Digital Library Systems Services, ICT Services, and Digitisation.
The Information Systems & Records Management Branch supports the Library’s information management practice by ensuring information and cyber security compliance, providing records-keeping support, and improving the efficient use of information assets through digital workflows.
**About the Role**
The State Library of NSW is looking for a SharePoint Specialist to partner with staff across the Library.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and deploy Microsoft 365 (M365) solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to refine agreed business requirements
- Document software solutions and ensure that technical documentation meets organisational standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop solutions with out-of-the-box SharePoint functionality
- Prepare documentation and delivers targeted training on the use of SharePoint and M365 solutions
**About You**
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual who demonstrates the ability to provide frontline, high-quality, customer focused SharePoint development, support and training.
To be successful in the role, you will have the following knowledge and experience:
- Relevant qualification or equivalent industry experience
- Strong customer centric focus
- Hands-on development experience with SharePoint and PowerApps
- Demonstrated experience in building solutions using SharePoint CSOM and REST APIs
- Development experience in building Power Automate Workflows
- Development experience in building Intranets using Modern SharePoint Online platform
- Good knowledge on using M365 tools and features
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of Microsoft Power Platform would be highly desirable
