The Challenge

In the role of the Executive Assistant, you will provide executive administrative support to the President APAC. You will report to the President of Adobe, APAC and liaise closely with the APAC leadership team as well as global peers and the global executive team.

What you’ll do- Acting as the contact person between the President, Adobe’s leadership team, employees and external stakeholders.- Assess inquiries directed to the President, determine the proper course of action and delegate to the appropriate individual to manage-
- Planning, scheduling and logistics for executive visits, including the editing and formatting of executive briefing documents. Collect information from internal systems to ensure that these documents are insightful and relevant.- Executive administration duties including PowerPoint presentations, diary management, event planning and logistics, travel arrangements and expenses.- Collaborate with other Executive Assistants to provide coordinated support to the various leaders.- Provide support for the quarterly planning process and quarterly business reviews across the executive team.

- Able to work with different people at different levels across the organisation, as well as being culturally sensitive- Effective, versatile, action-oriented and results driven-
- Have a natural ability to build an effective team to get a job done through excellent influencing and negotiation skills- Outstanding judgement, high level integrity and strong agility to adapt to a constantly changing environment.- Able to maintain the complete trust of all those with whom you interact
