**_About the role:_**
Working within a tight knit compliance team, you will be responsible for assisting in the compliance with transport, storage and distribution regulations. Based in the Richlands office, you will focus on the compliance of this site, however will also assist other depots nation-wide. Your role will include the following:
- Compiling paperwork for new staff, sub-contractors and customers;
- Ensuring site licences, registrars, databases and accreditations are up to date;
- Processing driver documentation including pre-starts and work diaries;
- Entering workshop data such as job cards to ensure service records are up to date nationwide;
- Following up with interstate drivers on-site for compliance matters;
- Updating internal policies and procedures in line with legislative changes;
- Assisting in training of new and existing staff on policies and procedures; and
- General administrative tasks including filing, scanning, data entry and document editing.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administration and is looking to build a technical knowledge and long-term administrative career. You will enjoy problem-solving and communicating with others to reach clear, successful outcomes. You will:
