Confluence Water delivers design, construction, maintenance and facilities management services in Sydney Water’s North region, which stretches from Sydney Harbour to the Hawkesbury River and includes the Hills Shire.

We have an opportunity for a **Mechanical Fitter** to join our Maintenance team and work on the Sydney Water Treatment Plant maintenance and minor projects at the North Head Sydney Water Site. You will be maintaning essential infrastructure and troubleshooting a diverse range of mechanical equipment. This is a 10 year program of works offering job stability and the opportunity for training and career progression. We have a newly negotiated EA and we offer the opportunity to work up different skill profiles. We are ideally looking for an experienced Maintenance Mechanical Fitter who is happy to work at North Head, Manly and some other sites North of Sydney Harbour.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Certificate III or IV in Engineering - Mechanical Trade
- Work Safely at Heights
- Enter Confined Space
- Provide First Aid
- Able to execute work tasks with mínimal supervision.

Desirable Skills
- Flange Management
- Elevated Work Platform
- Tubing & Fitting (Install/Inspect)
- High Risk Work Licence - Dogging (DG) Competent in core elements required for the discipline and demonstrated experience in some site-specific tasks
- Leads reliability and performance improvements
- Trains and coaches other staff
