**About the Role**:
We’re looking for compassionate, energetic Support Workers who are flexible and committed to making a real difference. You’ll support individuals with Autism, intellectual disabilities and non-verbal communication needs, helping them live full and inclusive lives. This role includes a mix of shifts, including sleepovers and active overnights, and is ideal for someone who’s hands-on, community-focused, and ready to engage in meaningful, everyday moments.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Deliver person-centred support to individuals with Autism, intellectual disabilities, and non-verbal communication needs
- Assist with daily living, personal care, and support community participation
- Encourage engagement in social and recreational activities that build independence
- Create a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for each individual
- Follow individual routines and behaviour support plans with consistency
- Communicate effectively with the Accommodation Coordinator and clinical team
- Maintain accurate records, including progress notes and incident reports
- Attend training and team meetings to ensure quality care and NDIS compliance

**What we are looking for**
- Experience working with high-intensity and complex behaviour clients
- A minimum of 2-years as a disability support worker
- You have or can obtain the following:

- Blue Card, WWCC and NDIS Screening/Yellow Card
- First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Drivers licence
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive car insurance
- Ideal but not mandatory: Cert IV in mental health or equivalent
- Strong leadership skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $34.00 - $54.32 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability
