NPDS is recruiting for experienced Disability Support Workers. Mental Health experience is required.

At this time we are particularly seeking: Support workers who are available for a variety of shifts in both SIL accommodation and community support across the Ipswich Region. You will have the flexibility to work various shifts including long and short shifts.

Essential Criteria

Certificate III in Disability/Mental Health or employed experience in a related field

Experience in disability and mental health environments - Hoisting Support experienced will be highly regarded

Experience working with high needs, complex care clients Experience supporting clients with mental health, complex behavior & BIS

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Valid driver's license, and comprehensively insured motor vehicle National Police Clearance (PAID within last 6 months)

First Aid/CPR Certificate

NDIS Worker Screening and Working with Children Check

Please Note: You must have the right to work in Australia to be considered for this role.

Variety of shifts available but must be available up to 8pm at night weekdays and weekends.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: From $33.50 per hour

Must be available 6pm to 9am - evening and sleep over shifts weekdays and weekends - also 9am to 11am weekends.
