**About the Role**

We are looking for an experienced
** Data & Process Analyst** to join our dynamic team for a
**12 month contract** with a possibility of extension / convert to perm role. Work on Power BI analytics tool to develop business insights to improve informed decision making of business and streamline and digitise business and approval processes through use of O365 and other SaaS tools.

We are looking for a dynamic, action-oriented & results-driven individual who knows Power BI and O365 tools such as MS flow and Power Apps to guide the design process by working closely with business stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work closely with business functions to discuss and document their requirements around analytics and process / approval digitisation.
- Analyse underlying data sets required for reporting and data transformation needs to develop dashboards design.
- Perform as-is and to-be process analysis for internal and approval process workflow to develop digitised process design.
- Develop dashboards and digitise workflows in Power BI & O365/SaaS tools.
- Perform digitised process testing and dashboard data reconciliation.
- Be the point of contact for the business and technology team.
- Provide support to business users.

**Skills and Attributes**
- Process and analytical skills to understand operations and business data
- Strong skills in data modelling and visualisation.
- Good understanding of financial acumen for logistic and financial KPIs.
- Extensive hands-on experience developing dashboards in Power BI including data ETL, visualisation and Power BI service - _Ideally 3+ year's experience._
- Strong design and support experience of process and approval workflows digitisation
- Have the ability to multi-task and deliver results on time
- Confident and proactive personality
- You are able to work autonomously and as a team
- Confidence in delivering information via multiple forms of communication
