**The Role**
- As part of our mission, Fletcher Insulation is investing significantly into transforming our digital ecosystem, to deliver an innovative customer experience while ensuring our people are given the best platforms to help drive innovation and growth.
- Our program is exciting and bold and as such, we are looking for a Process Improvement Analyst for the next phase of our growth
This role will initially be a 12 month contract with the opportunity to extend.

**The Person**
- We are looking someone who is dynamic, action oriented & results driven. Your skills and experience working both on Projects and the broader long game of continuous improvement will be instrumental to our success.

Your skills and experience will ideally include:

- 3-5 years working in a similar role with the below exposure
- CRM, Salesforce Ideally
- MS Suite - Particularly SharePoint & Power AutomatePower
- BI or Qlik
- Prior knowledge & experience working with SAP highly regarded
- Experience with Smart Sheet, Knack or Similar would be advantageous
