**The Role**

In this dynamic role, you will be providing repair and maintenance services for equipment used at our QLD cleaning sites, working with various team members, onsite and offsite. No two days are the same in this role.

Based primarily at our Brisbane Head Office (located in Murarrie) as well as at various sites around the Brisbane area, you will be working alongside a great team and will be supported every step of the way.

The role's core responsibilities include:

- Conducting routine maintenance inspections of cleaning machinery onsite or in our Brisbane workshop.
- Performing repairs and troubleshooting issues for the cleaning machinery (i.e. ride-on-scrubbers, polishers and buggies etc).
- Organising purchase orders for any repairs or parts required.
- Coordinating with site-based Staff and Managers as well as Account Managers and/or Senior Cleaning Management to address maintenance needs effectively and efficiently.
- Responding to mechanical incidents onsite and carry out the necessary tests and diagnosis on the equipment.
- Completing and maintaining records of all work performed.

The role features a very competitive salary, superannuation and a fully maintained company vehicle (with a fuel card).

**The Person**
- Must have valid work rights to work in Australia.
- Must have valid skills and experience to meet the roles requirements.
- Pleasant & welcoming personality with a high standard of personal presentation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal, with the ability to interact with people in a professional manner.
- Must be flexible and able to work both at the Murarrie Office as well as sites serviced by Millennium around Brisbane.
- Have a proven history of excelling within a dynamic team environment and the ability to work autonomously.
- A proven eye for detail & accuracy.
- Strong time management skills.
- Outcome focused and standards driven.
- A great ability to work and be part of the team.

**Skills and Experience**
- Be able to work unsupervised and autonomously.
- Must have extensive knowledge and experience in an electrical and/or mechanical repair role,
- A problem-solving attitude and issue resolution skills are vital.
- Good understanding of Environmental Health & Safety Management as well as being committed to safe working practices.
- Basic computer skills are required.
- Competent record keeping and report writing skills are vital.
- Punctuality and excellent time management skills will be required by the role on a daily basis.

**Salary**: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
