**About Us**

We’re currently looking for a full-time **Tech Support / Office Allrounder** to join our **QLD team**.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is **experienced in CCTV technology**, enjoys working in a hands-on role, and thrives in a supportive and dynamic environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide technical support to trade customers (phone and occasional onsite)
- Preconfigure IP cameras and recorders
- Perform basic in-house repair and troubleshooting
- Assist with general office duties and team support
- Deliver excellent customer service in a professional and timely manner

**Essential Requirements**
- **Proven experience in CCTV systems and technical support**:

- Strong understanding of IP camera and recorder configurations
- Comfortable with troubleshooting and hardware setup
- Self-motivated, reliable, and proactive
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A positive attitude with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and grow in the role

**On-the-job training will be provided for EOS systems and procedures.**
