At Asahi Beverages, we don’t just build strategies; we bring them to life across the enterprise. As **Head of Strategic Program Management**, you will sit at the heart of our Strategy team, responsible for enabling the execution of Asahi’s most critical, cross-functional strategic priorities.

This is not a project management or traditional transformation delivery role. It’s designed for a commercially astute strategic leader who can connect big-picture thinking with enterprise-wide visibility and shape how we deliver our long-term strategic plan.

You’ll work closely with senior leaders across the business to ensure our most significant strategic initiatives move forward cohesively navigating complexity, unlocking interdependencies and embedding the structure and rhythm needed for effective execution. This role is ideal for someone with a strategic mindset, a high level of intellectual agility and the curiosity to go deep into detail while maintaining an enterprise lens.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide enterprise-wide visibility across Asahi’s most critical strategic initiatives, ensuring clarity, cohesion, and forward momentum.
- Partner with executive and senior leaders to identify interdependencies, resolve trade-offs, and accelerate decision-making.
- Shape and embed fit-for-purpose program rhythms that drive accountability and alignment across functions.
- Enable confident executive decision-making by connecting individual initiatives to the overall strategic plan.
- Establish a cohesive, connected view of our strategic agenda—ensuring strategic work delivers on commercial outcomes.

**About You**:

- With over 10 years’ experience in corporate strategy, strategic advisory or top-tier consulting, you bring a deep strategy toolkit and an enterprise-wide perspective; able to cut through complexity and influence at the highest levels.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to understand intricate project details while connecting it to broader enterprise priorities.
- Proven ability to engage and influence senior executives and cross-functional leaders to drive alignment and strategic decision-making
- Skilled at navigating ambiguity, identifying risks early and driving proactive problem-solving and alignment.
- Skilled at building structure in complex environments, with a track record of establishing fit-for-purpose frameworks and ways of working.
- A curious, commercially astute leader who thrives in collaborative partnerships with strong executive presence and the ability to influence at all levels.
- Brings conviction to complex conversations with an instinct to shift between detail and big-picture thinking.
