Working with the Student Systems and Data team, this position is responsible for the administration and updates to the Bond University student system. Specific responsibilities include the provision of training and documentation, responsibility for system access models, and management of student facing functions.

Reporting to the Manager, Student Systems and Data, the Student Systems Officer will contribute to the business analysis, testing and implementation of student systems as well as evaluate and implement improvements to user service and operating efficiencies.

**About the person**:

- A relevant degree qualification or equivalent experience is required for this position.
- Experience with the management and implementation of student administration or other complex information systems.
- Demonstrated analytical skills, including the ability to formulate and implement practical solutions to complex problems in a software system.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and the ability to interpret, communicate and facilitate data quality and integrity insights.
- Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service, the ability to cooperate and liaise effectively with internal and external clients and work effectively as a member of a team with mínimal supervision.

**Salary details**:
The full-time salary for the position commences at $93,419.65 per annum, plus 12% superannuation.
