**The Opportunity**
As an Administrative Assistant in our Psychiatry Consulting Rooms, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of all reception and administrative tasks within this dynamic environment. Working closely with our team and specialists, you will review and finalize consulting room schedules, ensure accurate and timely data entry, and foster strong, essential relationships with our valued customers. Your contributions will be key to maintaining efficiency and excellence in patient care.
**Skills and Experience**
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Administrator to support our healthcare operations on a casual basis. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our patients, specialists, and staff experience seamless and efficient administrative services.
- To be successful in this role you will demonstrate: _
- Previous experience in healthcare setting desirable
- 60WPM+ and 95% typing accuracy
- Managing appointments, records, and correspondence efficiently.
- Assisting with day-to-day office operations and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.
- Providing a friendly and supportive point of contact for our customers
- Collaborating with clinical and administrative teams to maintain smooth operations.
