Administrative - Debtors and Creditors Clerk - EXPERIENCED (preferable)

16 hours per week (Tuesday and Wednesday) room for more hours dependant of Company requirements.

Creditors - data entry into MYOB Accounting program

Shift care - Software package - would be beneficial if you have experience

Excel and Word experience

Filing
- Weekly

General office duties, as requested.

Training in all area's

Tasks
- Recording, preparing, sorting, classifying and filing information
- Sorting, opening and sending mail
- Preparing reports of a routine nature
- Recording stock take of PPE equipment and uniforms
- Telephone messages (on occasion)
- Transcribing information onto computers
- May perform receptionist duties

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $29,785.00 - $35,000.00 per year
