**The Role**

As a Customer Service Representative/Case Officer, you will have the opportunity to further your career and join a dynamic team in a great office environment. W**e will provide you with all the necessary training and ongoing support to excel in your role.**

In this position, you will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, handling all communications, gathering documentation, and managing the lodgment process for the Early Release of Superannuation initiative for medical treatment through the Australian Taxation Office.

**The Criteria**

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, passionate, flexible, and has meticulous attention to detail. You should also have strong oral and written communication skills, be able to manage priorities effectively, maintain and develop client relationships, and work autonomously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google is a must.

**Salary**: $57,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
