ABOUT THE COMPANY.

This Federal client is has over 1000 employees nationally and has a variety of services they provide to their target community. They have won countless awards for advocacy and are continually growing, with a strong pipeline of work.

We are looking for contact centre officers who:

- Can manage inbound and outbound communications.
- Provide information, solving and assessing issues or providing alternatives.
- Liaising with managers to escalate urgent issues that require specialist guidance.
- Maintain KPI's as per organisational standards.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS.
- Understanding legislation around health and disabilities necessary.
- Australian Citizen willing to obtain Baseline Clearance or already cleared.
- Exceptional call centre and KPI track record required.
- A high level of written and verbal skills is a must.
