**THE ROLE**

This position will see you coordinating start-to-end project management of live and virtual events, experiences and conferences.

This will be a great opportunity to expand your creative dreams and exercise your detailed, logístical mind to help deliver corporate events, conferences, experiences, meetings, and incentives that are truly unique and create lasting memories for attendees and our clients.

**TASKS**
- Coordinates all aspects of events, managing concurrent projects, arranging and coordinating services, such as event / conference venues and facilities, catering, signage, displays, audiovisual equipment, accommodation, transport and social events, for participants
- Prioritises tasks and projects
- Manages supplier contracting and monitors performance
- Manages the client relationship; meets clients to discuss their needs, outlines proposals for the best event outcome, ensures the event’s key performance indicators are met
- Supports the team in developing unique, creative event concepts along with accurate budget proposals
- Maintains quality and adherence to processes, identifying and contributing to their improvement
- Ensures operational and administrative functions are delivered effectively and efficiently
- Establishes, communicates and manages timelines and priorities on every project
- Responsible for project budgets from concept through to reconciliation
- Demonstrates effective yield management to meet or achieve the company’s financial target
- Contributes to end of event reporting on event achievements against targets
- Leads junior team members in event management in accordance with the organisation’s procedures and policies, providing feedback

**YOU WILL POSSESS**
- Relevant Diploma or higher qualification
- Solid project management / organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and ask for assistance when required
- A creative, innovative, and curious mind that is passionate about pushing beyond the ordinary
- Effective communication skills
- A passion and enthusiasm in all that you do
- You will also have leadership potential and career progression ambitions
