**About the Project**:
John Holland are delighted to have been selected to deliver the M7 - M12 Interchange, which includes widening the M7 between the M5 at Prestons and Richmond Rd at Oakhurst, and building a new interchange between the M7 and M12 and an upgrade to Elizabeth Drive to connect it to the M12.

**Your Role**:

- To support project wide training initiatives as per HR/Training management plan
- Coordinating training programs for the life of the M7/M12 interchange project
- Administer staff and workforce onboarding, ensuring inductions and relevant/compulsory training is facilitated
- Support broader HR team with achieving industry training targets
- Reporting and metrics of relevant data as per project report requirements

**About You**:

- Minimum 2 years experience in a Training related role
- Ideally tertiary qualified in a HR related function
- Experience across complex projects or fast paced environments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
