**Job Opportunity - Automotive All-Rounder (Detailer / Spray Painter / Mechanic)**:

Are you experienced in the automotive industry and looking for your next big opportunity? We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual with a background as a **detailer, spray painter, or mechanic** to join our **bus and truck dealership**.

The current owner is looking to **transition into retirement** and would ideally like to **mentor the right person into a leadership role, with the potential to become a partner or eventually take over the business**.

**About the Role**:

- Work across different areas of the dealership depending on your skillset (detailing, spray painting, or mechanical work).
- Assist with preparing vehicles for sale and maintaining high presentation standards.
- Support workshop operations and contribute to the day-to-day running of the business.
- Opportunity to step into more responsibility and leadership over time.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Hands-on experience in the automotive industry (detailing, spray painting, mechanical, or similar).
- A genuine passion for vehicles and quality workmanship.
- Someone reliable, proactive, and interested in **long-term career growth**.
