**THE OPPORTUNITY**
Are you passionate about working with customers? Do you have an interest in the building industry? Well, this hybrid position is perfect for you Join our **Gepps Cross** retail store, liaising directly with our customers to ensure that their products are ready for pick-up and loading on-time, every time.
This is an ongoing,**casual** role (with the potential to go permanent), working across **Monday to**Saturday** (with **loading rates** and potential for **overtime**).
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Greet and serving customers in our 'pick up' area, ensuring that orders are ready for collection.
- Liaise with other internal and external stakeholders to efficiently and effectively resolve any concerns raised by the customer.
- Load customer vehicles via forklift according to the safety guidelines.
- Move stock and finished goods around the store and surrounding environment safely.
- Picking, packing and scanning stock ready for pick-up.
- Assist retail team with in-store duties as required.
- General housekeeping duties to ensure a tidy work environment.
- Strict adherence to critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment
**ABOUT YOU**
- Forklift license or willingness to obtain.
- Proven ability to provide solutions to enhance the customer's experience.
- Previous experience within customer service/inventory management.
- Highly organised with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment as well as autonomously
- Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
- Whilst experience is great, it’ll be your passion, reliable attitude and personality that set you apart
