**What You'll be Doing**
- Manage daily cleaning operations across multiple sites, ensuring contract performance and KPIs are consistently met.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong, long-term relationships and addressing any issues promptly.
- Lead and support site supervisors and cleaning staff, ensuring high standards, proper training, and team compliance with company procedures.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits, ensuring service levels and safety standards are maintained.
- Oversee staff rosters, attendance, and performance, coordinating replacements as needed and liaising with Payroll for timely processing.
- Manage budgets and control stock, placing orders and coordinating with Procurement as required.
- Monitor and report on external contractors, and identify opportunities for service improvement or additional work.
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with WHS, environmental, and company policies, maintaining clean and compliant site environments.

This position is a Full-Time position with the following work schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- 2:00 PM - 9:36 PM

**Qualifications**
You must possess sound knowledge and understanding of operations in the cleaning industry and have exceptional customer service, along with the ability to set goals, lead and develop others.

- 2-3 years of proven experience in supervising multi-site operations within the cleaning or facilities services industry
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective client and team engagement.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to be organised and be able to meet deadlines.
- Ability to identify customer needs and challenges.

**Requirements**:

- You must have full work rights within Australia
- A current clear Police Check
