We currently have a position for a Marketing Coordinator available.

**Job Summary**

The Marketing Coordinator will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our brand, generate leads, and drive business growth. The role will have an emphasis on digital marketing to promote the firm’s services. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and senior management, to create impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

**The role**
- Perform research to identify target market and new opportunities to develop strategies on pricing, advertising and marketing of firm’s services based on data analysis.
- Manage content on all web pages to ensure that they index correctly on Google and coordinating all related elements such as artwork, copywriting, advertising within time and budget constraints.
- To increase rank of website month on month for all top priority services.
- Manage SEO optimization, backlinks, keyword research, link building, competitor analysis and schema, to name a few.
- Manage Google Ads including bid adjustments, goals tracking/event set up, ad copy creation, campaign setup & strategy etc.
- Proactively plan, develop, advise and implement marketing and communication strategies to support sales objectives on all elements of marketing including product mix, pricing, sales promotion, distribution channels etc..
- Track, analyse and report monthly performance of the business along with marketing campaigns.
- Proactively drive formulation of ideas and advising the firm in relation to marketing campaigns and organising events for brand awareness.
- Prepare presentations for seminars, when required.
- Manage social media pages such as LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.
- Develop and consult contents and posts for social media, when required.
- Work on instructions provided by the Employer or any other Related Body Corporate.
- Document instructional guides if requested.
- Assist with guiding junior & support staff.

**Qualifications**:
**Experience**:
At least two years of experience in a similar environment.

**Skills**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for different audiences.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and software, such as CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing ideas.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated, agile and proactive with a strong attention to detail.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sydney, NSW 2000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:
