**Status**: This is a hybrid role with two days onsite (Monday and Thursday)

**Job Description**:

We're currently looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join the team

**Role and responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our products/services.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify target audiences, competitors, and industry trends.
- Coordinate and manage the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, presentations, and promotional items.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
- Assist in the management and maintenance of the company's online presence via own social media pages, ensuring content is up-to-date and engaging.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Leverage tools in specific marketing areas, such as SEO, SEM, content marketing, or social media advertising.
- Collaborate with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
- Assist in budget management and tracking of marketing expenses.

**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications and skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2 years) in marketing coordination roles..
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
- Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise projects effectively.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, content marketing, or social media advertising is a plus.
