The Navy's Anchorage is a non-profit Government Business Enterprise that operates more than 20 retail food and beverage outlets on 10 Royal Australian Navy bases across Australia. As Project Officer, supporting the executive management team, you will play an important role in assisting our business achieve its goals by planning and co-ordinating our involvement in building, refurbishing and maintaining our food and beverage outlets.

**Who you are**

You are experienced in project management, accustomed to dealing with multiple stakeholders, able to deal with the demanding requirements of government processes, and hold appropriate qualifications.

You are also a “doer” and a problem-solver, someone who is willing and able to take a hands-on approach to managing projects and ensuring things get done.

You are proactive, able to prioritise and meet both fixed and changing deadlines.

**What you'll be doing**
- Planning and coordinating our role in reconstruction, refurbishment and rebranding of our food and beverage outlets across Australia.
- Ensuring we meet our responsibilities in having work on our outlets completed on time and within budget.
- Developing and maintaining good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Note: The position is based at the Campbell Park Offices in Canberra but regular interstate travel will be required as part of this role.

- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
- Relevant experience engaged in project management.
- Appropriate qualifications in project management.
- Demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders - both individuals and agencies - to achieve required outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate and satisfy the requirements of government processes.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
- Well-developed stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
- High level computer literacy and organisational skills.
- Ability to be resilient and adaptable, work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Well-developed time management skills with a strong focus on the delivery of outcomes.
- Ability to manage priorities and problem solve
