**About the Role**
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a 12 month contract, part-time Talent Acquisition Coordinator to be part of our small and dynamic talent acquisition team.

You will be a crucial player in the Talent Acquisition Team, supporting the end-to-end recruitment of top talent that will produce and serve a gold-class standard care for animals around Australia, in Emergency Practices around Australia.

**Key Responsibilities**

Working with the internal Talent Acquisition Team, the Coordinator will- Craft and update job advertisements and job boards
- Craft and update job descriptions
- Prepare job offer letters and Contracts
- Perform background and reference checks
- Coordinate interviews and contact applicants, as needed
- Prepare reports on new hire metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire)
- Organize our employee referral process, including asking for referrals and managing bonus requests
- Assist with new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing necessary paperwork and scheduling trainings)
- Maintain a comprehensive library of recruitment material on SharePoint and ensure they are being updated regularly.
- Assist the talent engagement manager and talent acquisition (TA) specialists with creating new recruitment material.
- Ensure paperwork is uploaded and check they meet requirements of the job.
- Provide admin support and other ad hoc duties to Talent Engagement Manager

**The Location**
Flexible work arrangements with a minimum of 2 days per week in the head office which is located in Springwood, Brisbane. Please note that initial training period will be completed solely in-office.

**About You**
- Prior experience in recruitment, HR administration, or a related role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficient in using MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Demonstrated commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
