**About you**
- Qualifications in HR/ER, Employment Law or a relevant discipline
- A strong foundation of experience in a HR generalist role, coaching managers on employment issues
- A demonstrated ability to stay up to date with employment legislation and its ongoing changes, including interpretation of industrial instruments and employment contract management
- Ability to build strong professional relationships and use influence positively
- Demonstrated resilience and ability to maintain performance under pressure - you’ll be someone who thrives when things are busy
- Excellent research, analytical, reasoning, decision making and negotiation skills
- Experience in a complex organisation, in the non-for-profit/health or community sectors would be an advantage as would experience liaising with unions
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite, online HRIS systems and platforms and using data to drive outcomes
- Driver’s License - travel throughout Perth Metro is required
- Satisfactory National Police Clearance (issued within the last six months)
