Wholesale Support Analyst

**Job Description**:
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
This role is responsible for securing the wholesale finance assets of CNH Capital through pro-active and prudent management of dealer accounts

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Releasing new equipment within set guidelines
- Collecting parts payments and finance charges on a monthly basis.
- Compiling all reports required on a timely basis and ensure they are in order and distributed correctly
- Liaising with Field Staff in respect to the timely releasing of new equipment, payment of past due whole goods invoices, and additional information as required.
- Liaising with Field Staff to pro-actively review dealer finance limits.
- Collecting past due used equipment and / or obtain curtailment / repurchasing agreements.
- Ensuring used equipment is financed within set guidelines and within dealer credit limits.
- Reconciling dealers’ accounts as required and produce write offs or collection of monies.
- Collecting short payments from CNH Industrial Marketing program rejections outside CNH Industrial expiry dates as well as unclaimed credits on account to liaise with dealers.
- Assisting processing staff for payment allocations.
- Assisting with dealer queries either by answering directly or directing to the appropriate.
- Training / assisting CNH Industrial/ CNH Industrial Capital Field staff as to the processes contained within the wholesale finance function for their information as well as assisting in the training of the dealer network.
- Providing assistance to the Wholesale Portfolio Manager as required.

YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- Have a mminimum of 2 years’ experience in collections / accounts receivable
- Possess strong analytical skills
- Possess solid relationship building and customer service skills
- Must be a strong communicator
- Have intermediate level of experience in Excel and SAP
- Have solid negotiation skills
- Have a good understanding of the wholesale equipment financing process
